Grand Hotel Dechampaigne Paris

The hotel had a great central location, just a short walk from the main attractions and close to a metro station. The staff were also very helpful and provided useful tips for exploring the city. the room had all the amenities we needed, including a kettle and a fridge.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It's very close to the Rue de Rivoli Shopping area, the Louvre Museum, and major train station. You can easily explore the city by foot or take public transportation from nearby Chatelet station. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, giving you a sense of tranquility away from the tourist crowds.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel.

The location was prime, an easy walk to La Place. Everything was very clean during our stay though disappointing aspect was very small bathroom. The staff were attentive and caring, were waiting for us in the beautiful lobby. The buffet breakfast had lots of delicacies and was rich.

we loved the stay, it was a really amazing experience. the view from the hotel was particularly nice and the breakfast was delicious with cheese and lovely fresh bread, for instance. the room was functional, unique, the bed was extremely comfy.

English-speaking staff was a bonus. The balcony room was well-equipped and worth the price.

Everything was fantastic, professional staff, ideal location just next door to Pont Neuf, the Louvre and city center. Got cozy, retro room with vintage decor. Service was friendly, we felt welcome.

It was clean place, staff were friendly professional, and I loved my terrific room. On the whole great food; A la Tete d'or was in the vicinity.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel Dechampaigne. The historic building had a charming ambiance and our room had beautiful stone and wood beams. The balcony provided a lovely rooftop view of the city. The bed was comfortable and the mini-fridge was a convenient feature. The location was perfect for exploring the city and catching the Metro. We felt safe and never bothered. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city, tucked away in a quiet alley. Its location couldn't be better, right next to the metro exit, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with basic amenities like a heater that can be adjusted, a lovely private bathroom, and even some rooms with balconies. The shower and bath in the room are great, offering a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast, although at an extra cost, is worth it for the delicious fresh bread included.

We had a fantastic stay in a little alley so close to everything we wanted to see in the city. Our room was cozy and comfortable with a clean en-suite bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering to fill our water bottles and even mailing our forgotten belongings back to us. The location, just a short walk from major landmarks and the metro, was ideal. We didn't try breakfast, but waking up to the aroma of freshly baked bread was a delightful bonus.

The elevator and spiral staircase were a bit cramped and narrow, making it difficult for guests with larger luggage or those who struggle with tight spaces.
